**Denali National Park Storyline: Investigating a Changing Landscape** This storyline invites students to investigate how changes beneath the surface are reshaping Denali National Park. Using real-world observations, photographs, field experiences, and data from ongoing permafrost research in Alaska, students explore connections among permafrost, ecosystems, the carbon cycle, climate, and a changing landscape. Throughout the storyline, students use evidence to make sense of what is happening in Denali and consider how scientists and park managers monitor and respond to these changes.
