I am PCDT LANCE JULIAN PANGILINAN FLORES, and I am currently a cadet in the Philippine National Police Academy, member of the SINAGLAWIN CLASS OF 2025. I am currently undergoing the Cadet Attachment Program (CAP), a vital phase in my training where I have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained in a real-world setting. Through this, I am learning how to effectively respond to the dynamic challenges of policing, as well as gaining firsthand experience in serving and protecting the public.
